I didn't get a verification email

Please check your spam folder for the verification email and link.

If there is no email in your spam folder, please contact us and we'll manually verify your account for you.

What does it cost?

To access the PRO scenarios for a period of three months is R299.

This is a once-off, non-recurring payment. You'll automatically be downgraded to the FREE package once your three months are up.

Are payments recurring?

No, this is a once off payment.

After 3 months, you automatically downgrade to the free package. Should you wish to continue using the PRO scenarios, you simply need to purchase another 3 month package.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely!

All payments are securely handled by our third party, Yoco. You can view their terms and conditions and privacy policy here.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately not.

Due to the digital nature of our product, we are unable to offer refunds. There are plenty of FREE scenarios to try before you upgrade to the PRO package.

Payment error

If you receive an error during payment, please contact us and we'll send you a payment link and activate your subscription manually.

Voice transcription isn't accurate

The quality of the audio transcription depends on numerous variables, like background noise, quality of your microphone, rate of speech, clarity of speech, accent and so forth.

Try speaking in a quiet setting and with a microphone. Also try slowing your rate of speech down and pronounciate your words clearly.

The speech transcription is very accurate. If it is not picking up the words you are saying, maybe other pilots are having difficulty too.

I keep failing a section. What now?

Keep trying - You'll get it.

However, if you're saying everything correctly but the transcription is continuously returning something incorrect, or you just can't get it right, don't worry. Just check the "Don't restrict" checkbox to bypass the restriction.

Does my radio call need to be perfect?

Absolutely not.

The suggested radio call is just that: A suggested one. Whilst it should be close, and there are some words that need to be there, it doesn't have to be word perfect. Keep practicing until you get close and have included all the important information.

Nothing happens after I finish transmitting

If after making your radio call, you see "Please wait..." for an extended time, please contact us as soon as possible.

I get an Undefined result

If after making your radio call you get a result that says "Undefined", please contact us immediately. This means something has gone wrong on our side and we need to fix it as soon as possible.

For the inconvenience and time taken to notify us of the error, we'll add an extra month onto your 3 month subscription.

Can I request a scenario?

Absolutely!

If there's a specific scenario you'd like to practice, or you want to practice procedures at your local airfield, please contact us. We'd love to work with you in creating new scenarios.
