The quality of the audio transcription depends on numerous variables, like
background noise, quality of your microphone, rate of speech, clarity of speech, accent and so
forth.
Try speaking in a quiet setting and with a microphone. Also try slowing your rate of
speech down and pronounciate your words clearly.
The speech transcription is very accurate. If
it is not picking up the words you are saying, maybe other pilots are having difficulty too.
Keep trying - You'll get it.
However, if you're saying everything
correctly but the transcription is continuously returning something incorrect, or you just can't get it right, don't worry.
Just check the "Don't restrict" checkbox to bypass the restriction.

The suggested radio call is just that: A suggested one. Whilst it should be close, and there are some words that need to
be there, it doesn't have to be word perfect. Keep practicing until you get close and have
included all the important information.
If after making your radio call, you see "Please wait..." for an extended time, please contact us as soon as possible.
If after making your radio call you get a result that says "Undefined",
please contact us
immediately. This means something has gone wrong on our side and we need to fix it as soon as
possible.
For the inconvenience and time taken to notify us of the error, we'll add an
extra month onto your 3 month subscription.
